1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a stay at any Mi Casa Su Casa property, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit is received.
  • Guest Verification: Valid government-issued ID must be provided prior to check-in. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by booking rate. Please review the specific cancellation policy attached to your reservation before booking.

3. House Rules and Guest Behavior

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following rules:

  • Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Exceeding maximum occupancy is strictly prohibited.
  • No Parties: Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces (e.g., terraces) and strictly prohibited inside apartments.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. A security deposit may be held or damage fees charged.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: Usually 2:00 PM onwards, depending on the property. We try to accommodate early check-ins based on availability.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM strict. Late check-outs must be approved in advance.
  • Property Condition: Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy state. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur extra fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mi Casa Su Casa is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or property damage sustained by guests during their stay. Guests use amenities (such as pools or jacuzzis) at their own risk.
